Welcome to our shop! All our products could return for free within 60 days for some reasons! If there is any problem with the product, you can return the product for a full refund with free shipping fee. If you return the product without any reason, you pay the return shipping fee.

Damage arrived
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience! If your product was damaged on the way, it is our obligation except damaged by people. Please send us the pictures of the broken product and we will follow up as soon as possible.
Wrong item sent
If you receive the wrong product, please send us the pictures of the product. We will make a return for you on our expense.
Not working or defective
When you receive the product which is not working or defective, our customer service team will give you the related technical help. If it still does not work, you can apply for a return.
Missing part
If the missing parts are defective or missing, we can send you the replacement parts for you or refund you partially. If the missing parts infect your product function, we will send you a new item.
Unacceptable reasons for free return (you need to pay the return shipping fee):
Don’t want it
If you have already received the item but changed your mind or ordered by mistake, you cannot return and refund.
Not suitable
If the size of the product you received is not suitable, you can contact us first to provide a proper solution due to the reason caused by us.
Without manual or non-standard manual
You can contact our customer service by email; we will send you the installation operation manual in word or video.
Want to cancel
If you want to cancel the order when the product has already been shipped, you need to pay an additional interception fee to cancel the order.
The item was accidentally polluted, and we have no obligation about it.
Item damaged in use by caused by mistakes, and we have no responsibility for it.
How about after return items?
If you want to return it, you can inform us to send you the new item after you start to deliver the original item.
If you want to refund it, after the original product arrives at our warehouse, you can inform us for refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refund Policy
Every product is backed by a 12-month warranty and a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. Exceptional circumstances will be clearly listed in the listing.

Dear customer, if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from Wior, please contact us before requesting a return or refund. A prompt exchange must be issued within 60 days of delivery in the original packaging and with proof of purchase from Wior.
Please check everything carefully after receiving the package, any damage except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) would not be covered if it is related to artificial damage. If your item was damaged in transit or becomes defective within the warranty period, please send us photos or videos.
All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The same warranty is provided for replaced and returned products.
If you are shipping the product,
carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
The refund would be processed after the item is received by our warehouse staff, which is confirmed to be unopened and in good condition.
Please return the item to the correct warehouse. If you do not know the correct warehouse, please contact us.
How long will it take to receive the refund?
If you pay by credit card, you will receive a refund within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (depending on the transfer time of the customer-owner credit card company)
Our store does not charge the processing fee.
